New Features for Businesses on Facebook!

It’s been about three years since Facebook implemented major changes to business pages. The last time, Facebook implemented the Timeline layout.
The goal of the new tools and features is to help businesses interact with potential customers, and increase communication between businesses and consumers.
The changes include:
- Improved mobile experience for brand pages, such as new menu tabs to make navigation on mobile devices easier.
- The two new sections that businesses may choose to add to their pages include Shop or Services. Shop makes it easier for store owners to showcase their products. Services provides businesses the option of listing their services at the top of the page.
- The Call-to-Action buttons, added earlier this year are also improved with a more prominent location on the page.
- Businesses will now be able to private message anyone who is commenting on their page.
Also, extremely important for how you engage on Facebook … businesses who take their interactions with their community seriously, and respond to 90% of messages within 5 minutes will now get a green badge to display on their page.
