Nearly 10% of all consumers read more than 20 online reviews before they will trust a business. (Does your business even have 20 reviews?) In general, consumers believe online reviews are just as trustworthy as recommendations offered by friends and family.
It is important to audit your online reviews on a regular basis. Here are a few things you should be doing:
Sign up for Google Alerts. (www.google.com/alerts ) Set up regular alerts to be notified any time your name and/or your business name is found on blog posts, articles and news stories on the Internet.
